François Collat
François has been investing in second mortgages since 2013 and has worked in the industry since 2014. He is a mortgage agent since 2014 and a mortgage broker since 2018. He is the principal broker of Mazoan Inc. François also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (Certified Management Accountant) designation since 2000. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, François ran his own consulting company, working with large Financial Institutions like Royal Bank of Canada and HSBC Bank of Canada, implementing new accounting guidelines. Prior to that, François worked in corporate treasury positions at Canadian Tire and Labatt Brewing Company Limited managing cash, borrowing, investing, commodity and foreign exchange risks.
Rosa Saccu
Rosa has worked in the finance industry for 28 years. She started her career with Canada Trust and then TD Canada Trust in management, teaching sales, credit and piloting new system banking processes to streamline their systems. After 14 years she retired from banking and branched out on her own as an agent in mortgages, networking with both lenders and brokers. Manager of Underwriting with a private investment company, she established a strong following of lenders, brokers and investors. In 2018 she became a Broker / Partner in Mazoan Inc where together with George Pipka and Francois Collat they collectively grew the business to help brokers place mortgages, help borrowers restructure their debt to a better future and investors grow their portfolio
George Pipka
George had a career in the IT field for 40 years, retiring in 2016, having held first several senior positions for Sears Canada and then as a Senior Software Support Analyst for Serena, a Californian Computer Software company. George has always had a desire and passion for investing. He started about 30 years ago trading in stocks, bonds and Mutual funds among many other financial products. In 2011, George started to invest in second mortgages. In early 2018, George became a partner in Mazoan Inc, where he welcomes the challenge to growing the business and help investors grow their portfolios.
